I
am happy to do commissions based on ideas that you provide, celebrities,
and photos. If I don't think that my ability will allow me to
create a doll you request that both you and I will be satisfied
with (i.e. celebrities, characters, or loved ones), I will be
honest and tell you. I will communicate with you on specifics
that you would like to see in a doll (hair color, eye color, outfit
and jewelry styles), but will retain artistic control. You are
commissioning me to create a doll based on examples of my work
that you have seen here. Therefore, you must trust that I will
create something of similar quality. I must be allowed to express
my own vision in the doll to feel comfortable in creating it.
Before I begin working on your doll, a 50% non-refundable deposit
is required. The full payment is due within 10 days of the completion
of the doll, unless other arrangements have been made. Color photos
of the finished doll will always be provided upon completion.
Some suggestions and changes can be made to meet expectations,
but remember, I must be allowed artistic control.
To ensure that all dolls are genuinely "one-of-a-kind," I will
not duplicate exactly any doll that I have already completed.
Arrangements can be made to do the same doll using another model
doll, or making changes to the outfit, makeup, etc. Please do
not ask me to duplicate another artist's work.
Every doll will receive a complete facial repaint using Liquitex
and Golden acrylic paints and sealers. Depending on your requests,
dolls will then receive rerooting, highlights, light resculpting,
jewelry, outfits, shoes, and accessories. All 11.5" dolls come
with a display stand and a keepsake box. All 16" dolls come with
their original boxes and shippers (unless noted). All dolls are accompanied by a signed
certificate of authenticity.
Prices will vary according to the doll used and the types of materials,
trims, fabrics, etc. Please email me for a price quote.

accept all major credit cards and electronic checks through Paypal.
When paying by Paypal, you MUST have a confirmed address (this
is NOT optional). If you pay with an unconfirmed address, I will
refund the money, and will require another form of payment. This
is NOT negotiable. I also accept money orders and cashier checks.
I'm sorry, but personal checks are not accepted.
Shipping

I
prefer to send all packages priority mail via the U.S. Postal
Service. All packages will be sent with insurance and delivery
confirmation. Dolls are shipped either in clear, window display
boxes, their original shippers, or wrapped in tissue paper or
bubble wrap. Dolls can be shipped via other methods at the buyer's
request. Below is a breakdown of shipping prices for priority
mail in the United States:

Layaway:
I
happily accept layaway. I require one-half of the total amount
of the doll once the doll has been completed, and the other half
within 30 days. Layaway plans longer than two months can be discussed
on a per person basis. All payments made toward layaway are non-refundable.
Return
policy:
I
invest a lot of time and hard work in the dolls that I create
and, therefore, want each person who purchases one of my dolls
to be satisfied. All efforts will be made to ensure that every
doll is created with care and quality, and accurate pictures will
always be provided to ensure an honest representation of the doll
being offered. In the event that a problem arises, I am happy
to resolve any issues by correcting or repairing a doll when needed.
However, all sales are final and no returns will be given.
